Provide day-to-day technical support to employees, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems to minimize downtime.
Install, configure, and maintain company IT systems and equipment, ensuring they are optimized for efficiency.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, providing prompt solutions to restore services and systems.
Implement and monitor IT security measures, ensuring data protection and system backups are consistently performed.
Maintain and update IT documentation, including technical manuals, system configurations, and incident reports.
Assist in managing software installations, updates, and patches to ensure systems remain secure and up to date.
Respond to IT service requests, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact, and escalate issues as necessary.
Support employees with general IT queries, providing guidance on troubleshooting or using new software and systems.
Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
Knowledge of operating systems, networks, and troubleshooting tools.
Fluency in English.
