Job Description


Research, contact, and negotiate with international suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods.

Keep accurate and updated records of suppliers, products, and purchase history to facilitate smooth procurement processes.

Establish communication with suppliers to negotiate the best prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions.

Work with logistics teams to ensure timely shipping and delivery of goods, managing timelines and coordinating with suppliers.

Make sure all purchases adhere to international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements.

Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to monitor stock levels, and assist in maintaining adequate supplies for the companyโ€™s needs.

Continuously assess supplier performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and cost to make informed purchasing decisions.

Draft and process purchase orders, manage contracts, and handle procurement documentation.

Address and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain to maintain a smooth procurement process.



Job Requirements


Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.

Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.

Strong communication skills.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
