In addition, the impact of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, internet of things and autonomous vehicles on integrated circuits should be closely monitored. Integrated circuits are the cornerstones of electronic design and form the key to today's technological advances. In this article, we examined the evolution of integrated circuits and their impact on electronic design. We have seen the advantages that integrated circuits offer in areas such as size, performance, power consumption, new functions and efficient production. In the future, it is expected that integrated circuits will develop further and contribute to the emergence of more advanced technologies.
