About Tantalum - Polymer Capacitors


Tantalum-polymer capacitors are a subtype of tantalum capacitors that use a conductive polymer as the cathode material. These capacitors combine the advantages of traditional tantalum capacitors with enhanced reliability, lower equivalent series resistance (ESR), and improved temperature stability. Tantalum-polymer capacitors are commonly used in applications where high-performance requirements, such as in power supplies and digital electronics, demand capacitors with low ESR and long operational life.
