As a Sales Support Intern , you will assist the sales team by handling customer communication, updating records, and supporting day-to-day sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Making cold calls to prospective customers using clear, professional communication.
• Sending emails and following up with clients.
• Updating customer accounts (phone numbers, addresses, email addresses).
• Providing customers with accurate information about electronic components.
• Preparing and sharing quotations.
• Understanding customer needs and proposing suitable solutions.
• Assisting with internal administrative and sales-related tasks as required.
