Job Description


Research and identify potential customers in international markets through various channels (market research, networking, and online platforms).

Develop long-term relationships with international clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.

Create tailored sales plans that align with the companyโ€™s objectives, adapting strategies to different international markets.

Stay informed about market dynamics, emerging trends, and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.

Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms, and successfully closing deals to meet sales targets.

Work closely with the order processing, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts.

Prepare detailed reports on sales progress, market trends, and performance against targets to keep senior management informed.

Conduct research on new geographical markets, assess potential opportunities, and establish a strong presence in these regions.

Use CRM software to track leads, follow up on opportunities, and ensure that all prospective clients are appropriately engaged.



Job Requirements


Proven experience in international sales or related field.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Knowledge of international trade regulations and market dynamics.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
