Assist in daily logistics operations such as managing shipments, overseeing deliveries, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of goods.
Monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses or customers, ensuring on-time delivery.
Keep detailed records of inventory, shipment status, delivery schedules, and logistics operations.
Ensure smooth coordination between different teams involved in logistics, transport, and supply chain functions.
Analyze and suggest improvements in logistics processes, aiming to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
Stay updated on local and international logistics and transport laws, ensuring all activities comply.
Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for process optimization or cost savings.
Support warehouse teams in managing stock levels, ensuring proper storage, and organizing shipments.
Report logistics performance, challenges, and successes to stakeholders and propose solutions for improvement.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
